Practitioners can find educational resources, and resources for their collaborative practice including draft retainer agreements, and Collaborative Participation Agreements that are standardized for use throughout the Maryland.
DC Metro Collaborative Protocols, September 2015
The D.C. Metro Collaborative Protocols are a “Best Practice Protocol” resource for a Full Team Model in a collaborative divorce. The Protocol is a “how to” manual for collaborative practitioners containing many invaluable forms, templates and resources for first time and experienced practitioners alike. First released in 2010, the Protocols were created through the joint efforts of experienced collaborative practitioners with the support of area practice groups. The Protocols were updated in 2103, including the addition of ethics protocols which were studied and included with a grant from the Maryland Collaborative Practice Council.
